- Ensure your company is registered with us.
- Provide the supporting documents for the transaction i.e., BL, Invoice, Custom clearance, packing list, Airway Bill and any other documents that may be required to verify the transaction.
For Personal Payment
- Visit our branch
- Tell us the sender details including the 10-digit reference number
- Provide the government issues Emirates ID
- Once your details have been verified you can collect your payment.
